Maciej Bartosinski

Maciej joined RB&A Partners in 2023, bringing over 10 years of experience in the project and corporate finance space, including 8 years at Verus Partners, where he worked on a number of assignments covering power, water, refining, LNG, telecom, transportation and mining sectors in the GCC, Africa and Asia.

Whilst at Verus, he worked closely with Oman Oil Company (now OQ) on their medium-term financing strategies and supported the OQ group and its subsidiaries on a number of assignments. He also supported the Ministry of Finance of Saudi Arabia, acting through the Debt Management Office, on the US$ 16 billion refinancing of its syndicated loan facility, and the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia on launching its US$ 11 billion inaugural syndicated loan.

Maciej also has an extensive background in mid-stream and downstream sectors. In Bahrain, he worked on behalf of the government procurer on the Bahrain LNG Import terminal and financing of BAPCO refinery expansion. He worked with the government of Uganda on negotiations in relation to a greenfield refinery project.

Maciej has worked on several power development projects, including supporting bidders on competitive tenders for Al Abdaliyah ISCC and Fadhili CHP projects. He has also supported Turquoise Hill Resources in relation to development of firm power supply strategy for Oyu Tolgi mine in Mongolia. In the renewable energy space, Maciej supported OQ on early stage development of a solar power project and the development of GlassPoint solar steam generation project.

Prior to joining Verus Partners, Maciej worked for Operis, leading assignments on building and reviewing financial models on various PFI transactions. Maciej holds a joint-degree Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Economics from the Utrecht University and LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
