Nicole Beechey

Nicole joined RB&A Partners at inception bringing 18 years of international administrative and operations experience. As Head of Operations, she is responsible for several areas including finance, human resources, vendor management, procurement, client billings, meetings & events coordination, compliance, governance & regulatory engagement, and overall office management.

Nicole played a key role in getting RB&A Partners started including setting up of the legal entities and overseeing the work related to the DFSA license at Dubai International Financial Centre. She is closely involved with the firm's strategic initiatives while managing the day to day running of the operational activities.

Previously Nicole worked at Citi in the UAE for 15 years. She managed the office of the Chief Executive Officer for the EMEA Emerging Markets Region covering a span for 29 presence and 30 non-presence countries. She developed an extensive network across the offices of senior Citi executives around the world, including HQ in New York, and across the offices of the key clients and regulators in the countries of the region. During this time, she organised several high- profile events and senior visits to the region including Citi's Global CEO and the Board of Directors.

While at Citi, Nicole assisted with the coordination work during the establishment of Citigroup Saudi Arabia which marked the entry of the bank to the largest market in the region. Her time at Citi provided a strong foundation for her to lead in her current role at RB&A Partners involving a diverse set of responsibilities in an exciting business environment.
