Ömer Recep Vural

Ömer joined RB&A Partners in 2025, bringing 2 years experience in corporate finance roles.
Whilst at Misyon Investment Bank, he advised a UAE-based family office on its strategic entry into the Turkish coffee industry, delivering a comprehensive market mapping, feasibility analysis, and financial modelling. He was also involved in the IPO process of a Turkey-based F&B company and advised on the company’s potential acquisition to facilitate sector expansion.
Prior to that at Industrial Development Bank of Turkey, he worked in the deal team for the mergers and acquisitions division, with a focus on the chemicals, textiles and F&B sectors. He advised a Turkish conglomerate on their potential acquisiton of a leading military textile manufacturer in the US.
Currently, he is working on a deal that introduces a Turkish company to regional banks across various levels of engagement.
Ömer holds a double major degree Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politicial Science & International Relations from Bogazici University while completing various internships at Prometeia, E&Y and Ace Games.
