Priya Joshi

Priya joined RB&A Partners Operations Team in 2023, bringing over 12 years of experience across the areas of HR Administration, Office Management and Corporate Banking whilst working for Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Dubai.

Previously, Priya worked as a Relationship Analyst with Citi’s Corporate Banking Team from 2015-2018. She oversaw the entire corporate client onboarding process, coordinating with Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Risk Validation departments. Ensured smooth transaction closings, including facility allocation and commitment bookings. Priya collaborated closely with the Compliance and AML teams to maintain client KYC profiles in accordance with UAE regulatory standards. She efficiently acted as the point of contact for addressing and escalating client complaints. Played a pivotal role as a key member in the Corporate Banking Business, contributing to the design and refinement of new processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies.

From 2010 till 2015 at Citi, Priya managed the CEO’s office for Citi Islamic Investment Bank. She brings a wealth of experience in overseeing administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Priya began her career at Citi in 2008 as an HR Administrator. She has extensive expertise in HR Administration, encompassing oversight of the recruitment process, facilitation of induction and new hire onboarding, management of employee relations, coordination of training initiatives, and overseeing the exit process.

Prior to joining Citi, Priya worked as a Management Trainee with Satyam Computer Services Limited, India, in their HR Enterprise Consulting Group. She worked on various assignments related to HR Process Mapping and Training & Development.

Priya holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bangalore University, India, and Master of Business Administration degree, specialising in HR and Marketing from Pune University, India.
