Tondani Netshiavha

Tondani joined RB&A Partners in 2024 bringing 6 years of Corporate and Investment Banking experience whilst working for Standard Bank Group, Africa’s largest bank by assets.

Tondani’s experience in Corporate and Investment Banking includes Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance, and Debt Restructuring for clients in and across Africa.

Whilst at Standard Bank Group, he was responsible for developing stress tested valuation models calculating embedded value across South Africa’s largest insurance companies and worked closely with debt originations teams to structure and execute debt transactions for clients within the Financial Institutions Group.

Tondani also contributed to the merger and acquisitions division as a deal team member working in deals across the Industrial, Consumer and Pharmaceutical sectors.

He left Standard Bank Group in 2022 to pursue his master's degree at London Business School as a full – time student based in the United Kingdom.

While at London Business School he served an internship with Credit Suisse where he presented recommendation for capitalizing intangibles assets across European Healthcare sector which was approved and adopted. During his second internship at Consilium Capital, he oversaw corporate and advisory responsibilities for ongoing mandates.

Tondani is a qualified chartered accountant of South Africa and obtained his undergraduate and postgraduate degree in accounting science from the University of South Africa.
